Change the way you see happiness

WHEN I started this travel and lifestyle blog, all I do is to post my happy moments inside theme parks, hotels, vacation places, and various events.

But when I activate my alter ego (my sportswriter self, that is), it's all sports in my news site.

However, there are times that my photographers want to take a day off, and I am in my lonesome and being forced to take photos... using my phone!

So, with all the photos I took on my mobile device, the photo below is the most memorable one.
This is a photo of one of the scheduled games during the 2015 UFL All-Star Saturday. One hundred kids from the UFL Youth League took on 11 players from the seniors. It was a cute moment to see the next generation soccer stars playing with their heroes. Everyone went home with smiles.

It may not be as beautiful as you think (my phone is kinda low-end), but it's simply memorable, and it changed the way I see happiness.

The 100 vs. 11 picture changed the way I see mobile photography, just like the Huawei P9.

Its camera is co-engineered with Leica. It has dual lenses that produces high quality photos and allow users to take amazing monochrome, slo-mo, colored, light painting photos among others.

So get ready for a revolution in mobile photography with Huawei P9.

HEAD TURNER | How to be a #SelfieExpert

AT a time where selfies rule Instagram (or actually ever since IG existed), many wonder, "How come these 'selfie lords' have become some of the top Instagram influencers?"

For my friends and followers, you would also notice me posting selfies on IG as auto-posted on Facebook, from posing with some sports stars (I'm a sportswriter, by the way)...
That's me with former senator and PBA legend Robert Jaworski before I put on braces.
...actually, I've "retired" from that crap since I want to dedicate further on my job, but when Michael Carter-Williams came to town, I have to defer it... posting "selfies" to prove that I'm watching a historic event like Eat Bulaga's de facto 37th anniversary special aka "Tamang Panahon"...
I even had to leave my sports coverage for this. even posting rarities like me wearing a formal outfit (I love street clothes)...
...not to mention funny ones like me pulling off a "hugot" out of an overworked foot.
So, how did I become a "selfie lord" then? The answer: being myself!

Yes, the effect of my braces to my teeth when I took them off for good is somewhat minimal (I will put them back soon), but it did not stop me from posing smiles on the cam in selfie mode.

Just be at your goofiest, happiest self, and your selfies will shine bright. Voila! You're now a #SelfieExpert.

One good help for you to become a selfie expert is the new #OppoF1S, which is now available at your favorite stores.

How I make worklife easier

I recently covered the FIBA OQT, which ended at around 11 p.m. every game day.
AS a sportswriter and a travel and lifestyle blogger, I have to be engaged to hard typing work that sometimes I need to finish articles overnight.

At one point, in fact, I called it a (yester)day after I published my last write-up at around 6 a.m... with a bunch of backlogs left!
One time ago, I went straight to our prayer meeting from my work without any sleep.
Not to mention that I still don't have a laptop and my tablet is still being fixed, that is, I'm doing my reports in a computer shop surrounded by the noise of gamers who trash talk their opponents.

Despite all of the things that contribute to the hardships of my work, I feel relieved every time I'm done with my job, but there are also times that I still feel the stress and the hassle in spite of the relief.

What I do to cope up with stress and hassle is that I get a long sleep (i.e., a full eight-hour or sometimes longer hibernation), eat chicken skin (fats help in decreasing stress), and eat much food. Bonding with my churchmates is also a help.
Pigging out with my churchmates is also a good help. Siege Camba
However, it also helps to take vitamin supplements like FERN-C. While it only makes the stress more bearable, FERN-C, along with the other things I do to lessen the stress, is very effective in still being myself despite the hard work.

I tried FERN-C, and it actually worked especially in boosting my immune system. Talagang "Subok na" siya!

So add FERN-C to your everyday stress relief, so that your "Worklife ay easy with Fern-C."

For more, go to FERN-C's website and check out its social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
